About the Centre

Holt Hall is set in 35 hectares of ancient woodland, lawns, lakes and gardens close to the North Norfolk coast. It offers a brief refuge from the hurly burly of modern life and provides opportunities for learning outside the classroom, for developing new skills and interests, as well as making new friends.

We aim to provide a happy and stimulating learning environment where students are encouraged to explore their relationship with others and the environment. We aim to develop skills, knowledge and understanding and promote awareness of personal, local and global issues.

We adopt an active, investigative approach to learning with Centre and school staff working together to provide all students with worthwhile learning experiences. Our team of staff is committed to supporting you throughout your preparation and visit to the Centre and to caring for you and your students during your stay.

We attach great importance to effective Health and Safety management, quality courses and sustainable development practices. Centre staff are always available during the day and a teacher is on call at night.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further information, would like to make an appointment to visit, or to be put in touch with another school that uses the Centre.
