Andrew Coles

Andrew is the Centre Manager, overseeing the running of Holt Hall.

Julia Mumford-Smith

Julia leads the teaching team. She has worked in the Environmental & Outdoor Learning team for 17 years.

Liz Witton

Liz is our Finance Support Officer. This means that she keeps a careful eye on how much money we are spending!

Lynne Thaxter

Lynne takes care of a group's every need during their visit from housekeeping to mealtime arrangements.

Duncan Payne

Duncan, together with Roz, prepares the menus using local fresh produce, much of it from our own garden.

If you have special dietary requirements then just let Duncan know and he will get a special menu sorted for you.

Sandra Stanway

Sandra works alongside Liz in the office. She ensures that a school's visit runs as smoothly as possible from beginning to end.

Roz Riseborough

Roz is to found found in the Kitchen where she works alongside Duncan preparing lovely fresh meals from local ingredients whenever possible.

She loves experimenting with new cake recipes (and is everyone's best friend when she does!)

Sarah Totterdale

Sarah works with Julia as an Instructor.

She is also a swimming teacher, lifeguard and may occasionally be seen working in Libraries up and down Norfolk.

Chris Blake

Chris Blake looks after the Hall's 35 hectares of grounds, gardens and lakes.

Chris Wright

Chris Wright leads courses in the walled kitchen garden.

Chris is always keen to help schools develop growing areas in their own school grounds, so if you would like a productive garden area in your school make sure you have a chat.

Marilyn Queen

Marilyn works alongside Lynne keeping the Centre clean and tidy.

When not working at Holt Hall Marilyn enjoys riding her horse and travelling around the world!

Ben Grange

Ben works alongside Chris Blake in the grounds of Holt Hall.

You may also see him and Chris making charcoal or doing some repair work inside the building.

Volunteers

We have a growing band of regular volunteers who work at Holt Hall.

Without their help we couldn't keep the Centre and grounds running so well.

If you are interested in volunteering in any capacity then please get in touch.

Instructor

We have a vacancy for an Instructor to join with Julia and Sarah for 3 days a week during school term time.

Part Time Cleaner

We have a vacancy for a part time cleaner.
